Political Surveys

Public Opinion Research has conducted public attitude and political surveys for hundreds of candidates and elected officials in New Jersey, Virginia, Louisiana, Indiana, Illinois, Maryland, Connecticut, Maine, New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, and South Carolina.

Commercial Surveys

Public Opinion Research conducts local market surveys for large commercial organizations including: Landmark Press (daily newspapers throughout the southern and mid-Atlantic states), the Conway Group, and Performance Edge, Inc. (marketing consultants to the security products industry). The company has also completed numerous small, customer oriented, projects for a diversified clientele of local realtors (Century 21, O'Connor, Piper, and Flynn), automotive dealers and health care professionals.

Private and Semi-Private Clubs and Communities

Public Opinion Research has been conducting surveys for private and semi-private clubs and communities for the past 15 years. During that period, the company has completed over 100 club member surveys and other community based surveys.

Transportation Management

Public Opinion Research has produced annual transportation studies for state government agencies and public/private partnerships in New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland, since 1992. These studies include ride sharing placement ratio surveys and employee ride sharing surveys for eight different transportation management associations (TMAs) in New Jersey. The company has also undertaken major consumer attitude surveys for the New Jersey Department of Transportation (State Transportation Master Plan 2000-2010).

In Delaware, the company completes an annual survey for the Wilmington Area Planning Council, as well as an annual study for the Delaware Department of Transportation in conjunction with DMJM+ Harris (a national engineering, planning, and transportation consulting firm).
