Telephone Surveys
For over 30 years Public Opinion Research has been mastering the art of telephone research. Through years of experience we have perfected our telephone survey procedure to achieve the best sample possible.
The CAIS 2.3
Our call center runs the Computer Assisted Interviewing System 2.3 (CAIS). Designed by Public Opinion Research, and continually refined
over the past 20 years, the CAIS, can handle any type of survey.
Features of CAIS:
- The CAIS can handle any type of questionnaire branching, no matter how complex.
- Assures timely turnaround of any project by tabulating data as it's being collected.
Professional Interviewers
We employ an experienced interviewing team. Our interviewers are professionally trained to conduct an interview over the telephone. Interviewers are trained in standardized patterns of speaking pace, feedback responses, and probing techniques.
Sampling
The randomness of a sample is very important in gaining the most accurate information. The CAIS creates the most random sampling process possible.
Web Surveys
Public Opinion Research has extensive experience in conducting surveys on the web, maintaining all surveys and data, while avoiding third party programs. In doing so, we have produced a very successful program for constructing and maintaining online surveys.
A New Approach
Our online survey program has the ability to allow the persons being questioned to end the survey at any time, then return to exactly where he/she left off without compromising any data. This allows for collection of better data on longer surveys because the user doesn't feel rushed.
Mail Surveys
Public Opinion Research has been conducting surveys through the mail for over 25 years. While we realize that the use of mailings are being used less and less, it is still necessary to reach all demographic groups.
Focus Groups
Public Opinion Research has years of experience in conducting focus groups. Focus groups are a key step in gaining the opinions of a community before proceeding on any project. Our focus groups are recorded, transcribed, and accompanied by a written analysis.
Data Tabulation
Public Opinion has developed its’ own complex tabulation system, one which is easily adaptable to meet all the needs of our clients.
